It's zippy and personable, bright and fresh - it's all things you want in a Riesling as you cool your heels on a warm afternoon.
There is a minerally drive and a river stone feel, bath powder scents and little white flower perfume keeps you in the hunt.
Delicious lemon and lime fruit serve up juiciness on a platter. A flash of pith but there's a tang that has me salivating for more. The more I swirl, sniff and taste the more I go back. It's quite something and it exemplifies once more why Riesling is such an excellent wine for little outlay.
Drink now but this will age comfortably in the long term.
