Barrel fermented Rosé made with Shiraz grown in Wiradjuri Country. Isn't it great to see producers acknowledging the First Nations people on their labels?
There is a spritz here. Perhaps too much. Did it finish the ferment? Hmm... Drying, it doesn't have too much personality. Hello flavour, where are you? It's savoury but not all that appealing. It's hard to recommend.
