Give this time to shine and you'll be rewarded in spades. A new Shiraz release from Lou Miranda.
Needing a little time to fuse, give it a good decant or tuck it away for a little while. It's a Shiraz that delivers that Barossa generosity. It opens with scents of nutmeg, cloves, caramel and chocolate. Rich and dense, baking spices gain momentum through the mouth leaving a warmth on close to cuddle up to. Over time, caramel, baked raspberry and blackberries move forward and tug at the heartstrings but that warmth lingers as do those spices. Tasted over a couple of days, it settles and continues to grow on me. Share a glass or two with friends and a tomahawk on the coals - bliss.
