Butterscotch and Jersey caramel, there's a fine biscuit trait too. Ginger spices curl around the mouth with a flash of preserved lemon sauntering through.
Don't serve it too cold to ensure you see it at its best. Slowly embrace it on a cool night with the rain tapping on the roof or with a roast chicken dinner.
