Vino Intrepido Wolf in Sheep's Clothing Pinot Grigio 2021

One of the longest names in wine label history. I reckon James Scarcebrook may be eyeing off the title from d'Arenberg's Chester Osborn. Here we have a textural and finely spiced Mornington Peninsula Pinot Grigio. There is a lot to like about this.

Soft feels through the mouth, it coasts through without too much obstruction. A textural presence is delicately brushed through the mouth. Fine ginger spices complement the cut pear and poached pear fruit. A dash of green apple and lemon juice kicks in late with a sprinkle of white pepper. Layered, if an interest-filled Pinot Grigio floats your boat, check out this release. Nicely done.

Drink now.
