O'Leary Walker Romalo Sparkling Shiraz NV

Named in honour of Norman and Hurtle Walker, Nick Walker's respective father and grandfather who spent over 100 years in the wine industry., the Romalo cellars were where they honed their craft. Wrap your lips around this tasty Sparkling Shiraz.

Dark cherries, red plums and dark chocolate take the stage here. Seeing two years in seasoned oak and another two in bottle, there is a Dark Cherry Ripe vibe here that's for sure. A well-balanced fizz and uncomplicated drink, the lick of sweetness is on the mark without being overbearing and some can be in this style. I'd happily enjoy a glass or two.

Drink now to five years.
