Fumé is the only way to make Sauv Blanc I say and this is a beauty. Textured, considered and layered with interest, this is a terrific drink.
Waves of creamy delish are edged with a squeeze of lemon and lime. The fruit has been handled beautifully enabling it to roll along with a charismatic charm. A slight suggestion of Weis mango, that creamy factor is a key ingredient throughout the mouth. A super-fine touch of ginger before grapefruit acidity delivers a soft and composed finish.
