The aroma profile always excites and this 2021 is no different. Take a whiff and expect green papaya, green mango and banana peel. Give the glass a swirl and gun smoke and flint rise up along with lemon rind. Textural, the mouth is shrouded in a soft blanket of interest - it's a really engaging wine and certainly grows on you. There is a lot of autumnal appeal about its swagger. Orange and purple sunsets and a glass of this will do the trick.
