Domaine A Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Ten years young and showing all the grace and splendour you'd ask for from a ten-year-old Cabernet. Just brilliant!

Soft and refined, this is delicately framed. Age has gracefully shaped this Cabernet. Still showing some tension, the longer it's open the more it boasts its savoury appeal. Peel back layers of, licorice bullets, cassis, soft mint and leather. A lick of brown spices trickles through the mouth and ensures moreishness. The mouthfeel has a royalty about its presence as it slides through only leave its mark in the form of drying, fine pillows of tannin. This is something to behold. Go here.
