Fruit forward, there is some great energy here. The cooler climate fruit skips along. It's joyous really.
Not overly complex, lemons sit at the core and run to a long finish. A delicate creaminess is woven through. Nicely handled seeing six months in French oak, there is a little prick of acid on close. Enjoy with a cheese board and you have a nice drink on your hands.
