An easy-drinking barbecue Pinot with some depth. More accurately, it's more of a lighter Shiraz than a pretty Pinot.
Firm dark cherries, blackcurrants and undergrowth, a tense acidity wraps itself around the fruit. Not overly expressive, some spice comes late but it has almost a metallic feel to its perky lemony finish.
A wine that needs food.
Drink to five years.
