Gentle aromas of lemony citrus, slight nutty characters and a touch of honey all greet you. The soft fruit and gentle natural acid are very appealing. Flavours power through with some minerality in the mix. Wonderful length completing a wine which will age gracefully.
The back label says, "extraordinary finesse". Yup!
Perfect for fresh seafood, I'm thinking Moreton Bay bugs with a fresh salad.
