Very tasty!
Wild fermented, I just loved sniffing it. Funky. Very appealing with a peach skin highlight.
Peachy and citrus flavours skirted the palate before diving in. A little burnt toast character in there too along with some biscuity nuances. A mineral character chimed in also to add a little more interest to the palate.
Well balanced and a delight to drink.
