Pass the roast chook. Mind you, pork belly would smash this up too.
There's great fruit on show here and it's hard to believe this is only $25. A top buy.
Lots of peaches here; baked and fleshy white. There's some nectarine about it too which just chips away.
The synergy between the fruit and oak is impressive. Add a buttery and curd like edge to the forever lasting finish and you get one very tasty Chardy. Top me up again and again please.
