Patrick of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Dark berries, cigar box, black currant. Not overly deep but there's enough fruit to keep you interested. I tasted this over three days and it held its form well over that period. Dusty and juicy tannins lead to a long finish.

A lamb lollipop with a glass of this would go hand in hand.
