An interesting blend but it just works.
Medium bodied red berry fruit off the back of hay and little red florals. Plush with delish factor, a wash of blueberries rolls through scaffolded by good oak and a sprinkling of peppery spice and typical Hunter earthiness. There's a fatness to the mouth feel which draws saliva and induces another sip. Long and juicy, the boxes keep getting ticked.
Another great wine from the super impressive Hunter Valley 2014 vintage. Run to this.
