I dig this. Great Riesling and great drinking! A terrific debut release.
The fruit is sourced from the Four Winds Vineyard in Canberra's Murrumbateman region.
It's polished without being overdone.
Delicious fruit the hero here though there is a wing man in the form of slatey minerality. White flowers coupled with a citrus twang get things on the move. A neat cameo of apple add yet another layer.
Chill it down and rip in - great stuff.
