Quite an attractive Rosé to take the sting out of a warm afternoon.
Smells of red apple skin, red currants and red berries. It's super dry and crisp to taste. Crunchy even. A fine sheet of pepper is sprayed across the surface and rides the wave to a long finish. Bone dry, perhaps it's too dry? A deft touch of residual sugar wouldn't hurt. Maybe that's just me. A savoury rush at the finish keeps things ticking away - the mouth nearly watering on exit.
Yep, it's a good 'un.
Drink now.
