I've always been quite partial to this Tarrawarra Estate entry level Pinot. Consistency is all you want - things are made that little bit better this time in, 2015 was a cracking Yarra vintage.
Cherries reign supreme alongside strawberries, raspberries and forest floor characters. As it sits in the glass that bit longer there's a little sour note to that cherry fruit - I don't mind that at all. Oak is evenly handled but that earthy vibe keeps ticking along beautifully. Easy drinking appeal comes freely. A great buy.
Drink now to five years.
