The Lane Vineyard Block 10 Sauvignon Blanc 2017

If you're going to drink Sauvignon Blanc, make it an Aussie from Adelaide Hills or Orange - the two best producing regions for the variety in my opinion. This release from The Lane is a beauty. Fresh, crisp, tropical fruit reigns supreme.

Think guava, limes, passionfruit with a touch of pineapple. There's a haze of gooseberry and lemon grass with morning dew too. Three months on lees has added delicate textural appeal. It's vibrancy ups the refreshment factor too. A great example of what Sauvignon Blanc can be.

Drink now.
