It's always good to see wines from smaller producers, particularly those in Western Australia. Here's a vibrant and tropical Sauvignon Blanc from the Ferguson Valley.
Passionfruit, green melon, guava and flashes of pineapple. It's clean and crisp with a phenolic grip which only helps it to engage with food. A squeeze of citrus tacks itself to the finish, a nice touch.
