A textural beast, ginger nut biscuit spice taps to a neat beat. Licks of creamy due to barrel fermentation in old oak, scents of green pineapple husk with a dry grassy thing happening too. Tight in the mouth, null green apple crunch leads to a long finish. One for the adventurous, but if different is your thing, this may well be your nectar. Tasty stuff.
