The two parcels of fruit were fermented separately spending 12 months in new and older American oak before blending.
The fruit is juicy with some sweetness apparent. Dark and dense, it's a generous wine. Firmish tannins leave the mouth puckering as it sucks the moisture out leaving you dry. Find a big steak and you have a perfect partner.
