Some richness and complexity through the mouth. A whiff of pastry, yellow flowers, lemon juice and ginger are followed by a zippy and tangy lemon acidity. There's a trail of honey before fleshy stonefruit chimes in. Ginger spice regains some momentum and rattles home. A handy drink.
