Beautifully scented, apricots, white-fleshed stonefruit plus yellow and white flowers. There's even a suggestion of sea spray to impress.
The aromas flow through to the mouth with ease. A squeeze of lime juice cuts a move as well. Gingernut biscuit spice looms up on the finish and hangs long. A wonderfully enjoyable Viognier.
Drink to three years.
