Eden Valley Riesling from 2021 is hitting the right notes. Here's another very tidy wine.
Loaded with limes, a slick talc texture oozes charisma and delish factor. Little white flowers fill the nose and shades of minerality roll through the mouth softly softly. It tenses up a little on close leaving some tonic feels and citrus pith in its wake. Cleansing acidity is the final act. A big thumbs up.
