Fresh, forward and vibrant, this Chardonnay opens up with great energy.
The fruit is sourced from McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills. Lemons, white-fleshed nectarine and a hint of almond nougat flow through the mouth with ease. A slight grippy feel is brushed throughout but things take a twist with a firm finish that is highlighted by cinnamon and ginger spices. It lingers for much longer than expected with a lemony tang for good measure. A good wine for roast chook night.
