There's depth here but it's dancy and energetic. It just makes you want to bound along for the ride. A superb sparkling wine from Wicks Estate.
There's a whiff of pie apple but a delicious and persistent lemony tang slides in underneath. That citrus pulse adds a wonderful refreshment factor and lifts the wine. The white bit of the strawberry and a delicate creamy drive ensure this sparkling has some serious gravitational pull. An excellent party starter and super buying for the money.
