Levantine Hill Mélange Traditionnel Blanc 2017

As the back label says, this is an 'Old world inspired traditional white blend'.

Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Viognier come together to deliver a generous white blend with terrific length. Soft oak can be seen with a wafer biscuit delicacy. Some apricot, mandarin peel, honeyed tones, pears and quince keep things moving along before cinnamon spices curl around the mouth leaving a lemon juice tang to peruse. Stay with this as it evolves in the glass and reveals more the longer it sits. If you enjoy a white with some richness and complexity, this will satisfy.
