Onion skin in appearance, this is a fruit salad of sorts. A blend of five varieties for good measure: 40% Grenache Gris, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% Cinsault and 10% Caladoc.
Tangerine and mandarin early, dry red currants and white cherries move about with ease. A pleasant sheet of texture spreads its wings throughout. Drying out gradually with a soft, persistent spice to close it out, afternoon meat boards or a snag on the barbecue are covered. Tick.
