Free run juice was fermented in stainless steel and a portion saw French oak. There is a great tempo and manner about this its presence. Melon, passionfruit and cut herbs do the talking early before white fleshed stone fruit and a pink grapefruit tang set things alight. There is a little creaminess and a salivating texture in the mid-palate which is fleshed out and dripping with interest. Yep, very smart indeed. More Sauv Blanc like this please.
