Head Wines Red Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

A rock-solid Barossa Cabernet from Head Wines that slides down with ease.

Approachable is the word and it is armed and ready for those cooler nights. Black fruits are flanked by red plums, black cherries and some dark chocolate. Cigar box and a little Bay leaf character crawl to the surface with time. Tense initially, it cools its heels and opens its arms. A persistent drying finish is dabbed with an array of fine spices, no one loses with this in their glass. Great stuff!

Drink to eight years.
