Oxford Landing One to One Merlot 2022

As easy-going Merlot from Oxford Landing that brings joy with its simplicity, there is enough flavour here to satisfy.

Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.

Dark berries, plums, mint, tobacco and dark chocolate are the main players offering a tidy array of varietal traits. A smattering of dried herbs rushes late. It finishes dry with a good dusting of tannin that lingers well. Good stuff.
