It demonstrates all that Barossa Shiraz is in a neat package. Good density and drive, the dark berry fruit is the headline act which comes as no surprise. Caramel and dark chocolate hitch a ride, but its rounded shoulders add that little extra touch of appeal and approachability. A handful of baking spices has the last word on a long and persistent finish. Great stuff.
