Curiously, I found that this needed some air which is not that common for Rosé wines. Once it settled and opened up a little, it showcased strawberries, watermelon, red currants and red apple skin. Some white chocolate creaminess mid-palate adds interest although the palate is not as expressive as the aroma profile. Get the two to mingle a little more and we're in business. All up, it goes ok for a simple drink that will take the sting out of a hot summer's day.
Drink now.
