A playful and joyous take on the Tuscan special, bright red cherries, ripe strawberries, red currants and pomegranate set the tone. Some orange peel builds the courage to raise its hand, but it's the red apple crunch on close that is the heartbeat of this wine. That acidity is pointed at food friendliness and you can't help but reach for a re-pour. Bright in the glass to capture the eye, if this were a DJ, it would have dancefloor-filling ability. An extra point for that red apple crunch. Great stuff!
