What a great Pinot! Probably the best I've seen under this Burton McMahon label.
Wonderfully savoury on opening, embrace scents of twigs, dried leaves, pine needles and pine mushrooms. Dark cherries and sour cherries pin themselves to the palate, walking in step with the well-balanced acidity. Fine spices tap away on a lengthy and devilishly moreish finish. It's an excellent Pinot ready for now or to hold. You choose.
