Lime juice and lemon pith bring the citrus zing, followed by a glorious burst of tang and sherbet. Honeydew melon, lemongrass and snow peas add a fresh, vibrant layer, but it’s the texture that really sets this apart. 20% was fermented in old French oak and spent five months on lees delivering a delightful sheet of creaminess across the palate, providing softness and shape without dulling the wine’s energy.
Bright, energetic acidity keeps everything moving.
