From the Eden Valley, this is the first release of a straight Roussanne varietal from Yalumba.Wild fermented in old oak, pears, citrus peel, stone fruit and flowers walk to a neat beat. Good weight with a creamy type texture. Flavours linger large, long enough for you to have something to think about.
The wine was still kicking along well after a few days. Aging potential here indeed.
A thumbs up from me and something worth considering given the opportunity.
