Bright watermelon like appearance (the pic right doesn't do it justice), aromas of red cherry, blueberry, raspberry, rhubarb and a suggestion of pomegranate. Summer berry fruits reign supreme in the glass and the lick of residual sugar doesn't do any harm. The Roussanne fattens the delivery somewhat without seizing control - well played Mr Winemaker. Super refreshing with some gentle tannins. Very slurpable. Very good.
