Clearly a lot of thought has been put into this wine to achieve the result - the use of oak is testament to that. It's an interesting arrange of new French and American (35/4) with varying percentages of one, two year and three to four year old barrels. I won't bore you with the fractions.
There's an elegant swagger about it. Mr Metrosexual perhaps. Charming and smooth, nothing seems to bother it. Minty, some black currants, a smidge of melted chocolate. Mouth filling goodness. Juicy tannins to wrap it up. Boom town!
Cellar long. I just want more now.
