A combination of two parcels separated by 22km which are blended after twelve months in French oak.
There's a green leafy edge to the aromas straight up before licorice, black berries, boot polish, plus a hint of coffee bean warm to the task. Black berries take the reins in the mouth flanked by dark chocolate, dried herbs and a kick of earth. Sapping tannins to finish, a solid Cabernet drink.
Drink now to five years.
