Not your conventional blend but it bloody works.
Cabernet from the Barossa here with Adelaide Hills Tempranillo, this has tapas tattooed into its DNA.
Blackberry jam, cured meats, pan juice aromas. Super juicy and soft fruit rolls out to some tilled earth. Dusty type tannins to finish. Long and moreish, mouthfuls of happiness can be found here. Where's the Brazilian rodizio when I need it?
Drink now to five years.
91/100 - Very good.
