Ramp the sugar levels up and you can't go wrong, right?
This is a pretty good drink mind you. Deliberately picked early, it holds 24 grams of residual sugar per litre - but sits in the medium dry/medium sweet bracket.
It's easy to throw back, the sweetness certainly doesn't slap you in the face. Lemon juice, lime pith and zest. Through the middle it's a bit flat. Chalk is subtle with some liberal texture too. Crisp to finish, yeah, it goes ok.
Good going with Indian food or something with a spice kick. This will douse the flame with ease.
Drink now to three years.
