Great to see a Pinot Gris with a little blush. A mighty fine example of the variety right here.
Beautiful aromas of white flowers, pear and lemon rind. Spiced pear and a dash of citrus dominate the mouth before soft textural feels, courtesy of 30% whole bunch pressed to older oak. Delicate white pepper spice strolls through in a casual manner. 3.5g/L of residual sugar add a neat touch. The long, lingering finish a winner. Very good.
Drink now to three years.
