There's a green edge to this wine which I find distracting. Grassy and melon-like. It's a pleasant enough drink but one which doesn't throw its arms out for a welcome embrace. Quite reserved, the fruit seems to go about its business head down avoiding eye contact and engagement. Soft creamy characters float through. There's a deft touch of spice at the death. All in all, it goes ok but didn't wow me.
Drink now to five years.
