I had a quick look at this at the Cellar Door over the weekend.
As usual, there's plenty going on to appease. Lemongrass, tonic and dashes of fresh herbs too. It's fresh, crisp and light. The word dainty springs to mind. Some phenolic grip hangs long. A great drink to have in the sun or to share with your long lunch.
