Buckets of green apple, bitter lemon, and a touch of lemon sherbet all fill the aroma profile. To taste there's good talc, wet slate, some textural goodness and a minerally drive tucked in behind. Firmish acidity to close which draws saliva from the mouth. A wine that would be better beside some food, yet could grow some legs with bottle age.
