Ready for a casual barbecue, ripples of spice seem never-ending. Dark red fruits and berries are framed by some muscular acidity. The slight scent of mint and briar adds savoury appeal but I just want that tension to calm. Serve with a bag of chips (preferably Samboy barbecue) in the caravan park or campground.
