Unfinished business in my book is an open bottle of wine and empty glasses nearby. But hey, that's me. This version of the definition is a Pinot Noir from the Limestone Coast.
There is no vintage stated on the label but some research confirms this is a 2022. Made for immediate consumption, it's an easy going wine. For 15 bucks you get what you pay for - top Pinot isn't cheap. Dried strawberries, dark cherries, twigs and some earthiness. Quite firm, it has a grip that just doesn't want to let go. Peppery spices play a large role late and hang long. A wine that will take a slight chill, charge at a sausage sizzle in the park.
